Submit your Superbill (medical receipt) to your insurer directly through Reimbursify
Prefer not to deal with it? We can submit it for you at checkout for a small convenience fee
Many patients receive 50–80% reimbursement within a few weeks
Botox Savings Program (for Medical Botox)
If you receive Botox for a covered medical condition (like chronic migraine or cervical dystonia), AbbVie offers a generous Botox Patient Savings Program, which covers medication cost and procedure fees:
Up to $1,300 for your first treatment
Up to $1,000 per session, with a max of $4,000/year
This benefit is applied after your insurance claim is processed. Many patients find that this helps them meet their out-of-network deductible after using the Savings Program.

Xeomin Patient Savings Program (for Medical Xeomin)
If you receive Xeomin for a medical condition (like chronic migraine, cervical dystonia, and TMJ dysfunction), Merz offers an even more generous Xeomin Patient Savings Program, which covers medication costs and procedure fees:
Up to $5000 reimbursement/year with no max per session.
This benefit is applied after your insurance claim is processed. Many patients will meet their deductible after using the Savings Program.

Financing While You Wait: Advance Care Card
We also partner with Advance Care Card, a medical credit card with:
0% interest for 15 months
No annual fee
5% cash back on services, including aesthetics and supplements
This can help cover care while you wait for your insurance reimbursement. Many patients use the reimbursement check to pay off the card balance.
