Fees & Payment
Brain Body Health Alliance is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. Our rates reflect the time, depth, and specialized expertise required to evaluate and manage complex conditions—particularly when care has fallen through the cracks elsewhere.
We offer all services as a traditional Fee for Service (pay as you go for difference services) or bundled, fixed-cost monthly payments.
Fees for Service
New Patient Evaluations: $400–$600 depending on duration and complexity.
Follow-Up Visits: $175–$400 depending on visit length and type.
Occupational Therapy (Sensory, ADHD, Self-Regulation): Typically $200 for a new visit.
Aesthetic Xeomin: $12/unit ($10/unit on promotion days).
Medical Botox/Xeomin (Migraine, Neck Pain, TMJ):
• $12/unit when supplied by BBHA (may be eligible for insurance reimbursement or manufacturer savings programs).
• Or $500 flat fee (which includes follow-up visit) when using pharmacy-supplied medication.Nerve Blocks: $425 (includes all needed procedures and a brief virtual follow-up at no additional cost).
After reviewing your triage form, we’ll recommend a visit length with transparent pricing before scheduling.
We do not bill insurance directly but are happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are welcome.
Personalized Programs
For patients with complex, chronic, or unresolved symptoms, we offer high-quality, time-limited concierge-quality care programs over 5-7 months. These are ideal for those seeking a structured path to recovery and a deeper understanding of their health.
Programs require a one-time enrollment fee, followed by a monthly fee until the program concludes, offering a balance of comprehensive care and price stability. These programs are designed to streamline decision-making, reduce the stress of navigating fragmented care, and support sustainable improvement—without surprise fees or unexpected costs.
Each program includes:
A comprehensive intake evaluation
Written personalized treatment roadmap
Functional lab testing (such as GI Map, OAT, micronutrient panels, or pharmacogenomic testing)
Secure messaging for ongoing support
All recommended in-scope procedures (e.g., medical Botox, nerve blocks, prolotherapy) included
Follow-up visits every 4 to 6 weeks, with more frequent check-ins early in care
We currently offer the following care tracks:
Brain Body Signature Recovery Program
For patients with widespread pain, fatigue, neurodivergence, or complex chronic illness. This is our most comprehensive offering, designed to provide clarity and steady progress through personalized, integrative care.
Targeted Relief Program
For more focused issues such as chronic migraine, gut dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, or ADHD. Offers structured care and functional testing, without the intensity of a full recovery plan.
Concussion Recovery Program
For patients recovering from a recent concussion or post-concussion syndrome. Combines functional testing, computerized neurocognitive assessments, and brain-focused recovery care over a shorter time frame.
➡️ Learn more about these programs on our Personalized Programs page or reach out to discuss which path may be right for you.
Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Late arrivals are accepted, but the visit ends at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requires 36 hours’ notice. Late reschedules (within 24 hours) are treated as no-shows.
No-show or late reschedule fees $75.
Virtual options are available and can be switched up to 1 hour before if allowable by law.
Refills & Medication Policies
Please give 5 days’ notice for refills outside of an appointment and confirm availability with your pharmacy first.
Refills for non-opioid controlled medications will be issued no more than 3 months at a time.
Telehealth & Out-of-State Patients
We are licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. The practice of medicine is performed wherever the patient is, not the physician. We require a face-to-face visit to establish care with us and telehealth is an option after that. We can continue care temporarily for existing patients located out of state (e.g., college students) for conditions that are already established under a current treatment plan. Please notify us in advance if you will be out of state.
Mutual Respect & Termination Policy
We aim to create a respectful, collaborative, and safe care environment.
We do not tolerate verbal abuse or hostile behavior toward staff.
We respect your right to choose your care team. Likewise, we reserve the right to terminate care with 30 days’ notice if therapeutic trust or safety is compromised.
Forms & Letters
Forms completed during a visit are included.
Forms completed outside of appointments incur an administrative fee and are completed within two weeks.
Rush requests (under 2 weeks) carry an additional fee.
Home Visits
Home visits may be available in select neighborhoods, based on clinician availability and appropriateness. A chaperone must be present.
