Blake Windsor, MD, FAAP, DABMA

Pain & Headache Specialist | Founder of Brain Body Health Alliance

Dr. Windsor is a nationally recognized physician specializing in pain, headache, and complex medical conditions—particularly in teens and young adults navigating overlapping issues like concussion, migraine, ADHD, and dysautonomia. He is board-certified in Pediatrics, Headache Medicine, and Medical Acupuncture, and trained at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School.

Known for his ability to synthesize complex information and connect clinical dots others may miss, Dr. Windsor works at the intersection of physical and mental health. He has a deep interest in helping young people move through life’s hardest transitions—from identity development to health recovery—and loves helping patients and families chart a path forward when it feels like no one has the answers.

He especially enjoys working with motivated patients and families who are open to medical, lifestyle, and integrative strategies. He values helping teens and young adults identify what matters most to them—and recover from their conditions to build a healthy life aligned with those values.

Dr. Windsor has held faculty appointments at Harvard, Boston University, and the University of Washington, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society for Pediatric Pain Medicine and the Executive and Medical Advisory Board for the national not-for-profit Creative Healing for Youth in Pain. He lives in Greenville, SC, with his wife and two children.
