Pricing and Programs

Brain Body Health Alliance offers two ways to receive care:

Specialty Programs – our most comprehensive option, designed for patients with complex or persistent symptoms
Individual Fee-for-Service Visits – traditional medical visits scheduled as needed based on the services provided

Most patients with persistent or multi-system symptoms benefit most from the structured support and continuity provided in our recovery programs.

Superbill documentation is provided for patients seeking reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits or HSA/FSA plans.

Specialty Programs

Our Specialty Programs provide structured care over several months to evaluate underlying contributors, implement treatment strategies, and track progress.

All Specialty programs include:

  • An intake month consisting of a new patient visit plus an early virtual follow-up 2–3 weeks later to review labs, answer additional questions, and assess early response to treatment

  • All procedure professional fees recommended by BBHA

  • Access to Spruce Health, our secure HIPAA-compliant messaging platform for medical questions and administrative support between visits

  • Waived functional lab interpretation fees

  • Waived form fees for select forms such as school accommodation documentation or medication administration forms

After an initial consultation, patients may convert to a recovery program within 7 days, and the consultation fee will be applied toward program enrollment.

Acute Concussion Evaluation

For patients aged 18-26

If symptoms persist…

Patients whose concussive symptoms need longer care may transition into our Post-Concussive Recovery Program.
